• What information will employers see?
  • Employers can see any resume that is approved and set to searchable. Also, when you apply for a job and submit a resume, they will get an email copy of the resume you have saved in our database. Important: Make sure your email address in your profile and resume are up to date!
• How do I unsubscribe to your newsletter?
  • After logging in to our website, you can unsubscribe to our newsletter by going to the "edit account info" page.
• I lost my password. How do I retrieve it?
  • Lost passwords can be retrieved by going to the lost passwords page.
• I got an account is not activated error what do i do?
  • If you have not received an activation email. Click here to have another sent to you. Double check your spam folder. Sometimes ISPs mistake our emails for spam and it ends up in that folder.
• How many resumes can I have?
  • You can have up to 5 resumes total in our database.
• What does it mean my resume is not approved?
  • Once your resume is complete, you have to submit it for our staff to review. Usually this takes around 24 business hours. Once it has been approved, you can use it to apply for jobs. NOTE: employers can only search resumes that are approved.

• What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express payments.
• Is the payment Process Secure?
  • Yes the payment process is secured and protected. And we do not keep any record of the user's credit card information after the charge has been made.
• How long does it take for my job to get posted?
  • Job posting show up instantly in our database. But please make sure that it conforms to our terms and conditions. If not, they will be flagged and removed and no refunds will be given.
